Receving your festival ticket
You will receive your booking confirmation via email after completing your reservation. Festival tickets and vouchers for booked services will be sent no later than 1 week before the festival.

I have not received my booking confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us with your name and booking details.
How do I pay the remaining balance on my booking?
If you selected a deposit payment (30%), the remaining balance must be paid latest 30 days before the festival. You will receive instructions and a payment link via email.
How do I make a VIP table reservation?

VIP tables can be arranged in advance or on-site (subject to availability). For guaranteed availability, we recommend booking in advance through our team.

Can I buy a 1 day ticket?
Yes, we also offer single-day tickets. Single-day ticket are available 14 days before the festival. Availability depends on capacity and event schedule.
Someone has offered to sell me a ticket. What do I do?
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through official channels. We cannot guarantee the validity of third-party tickets.
Is it possible to change the name of a person on a booking?
Name changes are possible depending on the package and timing. Please contact us for assistance. An admin fee of 30 EURO applies.
Can I get a refund for my tickets if I cannot go anymore?
Cancellation terms depend on your booking and the time of cancellation. Please review our cancellation policy or contact us for clarification.
I already booked my tickets. How can I now also book accommodation?

Yes, accommodation can be added later depending on availability. Contact our team as soon as possible to secure an accommodation which is to your wishes.

How to book?
You can easily book via our booking system on the website. Please take care that all information you provide is correct. In case you would have a special request for any service which is not provided here simply contact us via: info@balkanwave.org
Can I book also for my friends?
Yes, you can book up to 12 tickets at once. You will receive the vouchers 1 week before the festival. With these vouchers you will be able to pick up the tickets at out wristband exchange & check-in point in Novalja.
What do tickets/packages include?
  1. There are 2 types of tickets: GA and VIP. GA tickets include all 3 main nights with GA access. VIP tickets also include all 3 main nights but with VIP access which gives you the option of a table reservation & access to the VIP gallery. Besides that you can always go for the 4-day tickets which also include the official preparty.
  2. Packages include a 3-night GA ticket + the chosen accommodation for the chosen period (3 or 4 nights). This way you take care of everything in one go. We provide 24/7 on-site support for all package holders.
What are optional experiences?
  1. These are services which are NOT included in a standard 3-night ticket. You book these services optionally to upgrade your experience. 
  2. These services are: All-inclusive Boat Party, Shuttle bus, VIP upgrade
Is transportation included?
No, since you are coming from all over Europe and internationally transport is not provided. If you need support with how to get to Balkan Wave we will gladly help you out - just contact us via: info@balkanwave.org
In which ways can I pay?
You can pay via creditcard, bank transfer or PayPal.
Can I split the payment in multiple?
You can choose to either pay all at once or just deposit 30% upon booking and pay the rest latest until 30 days before the festival.
Can I cancel my reservation?
